Shipping Conditions-Refunds

1) Shipping is available internationally.

2) There will be a $15.00 charge for shipping within Canada, USA, and the UK. For all other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. These fees do not include duty and taxes incurred by each country.

3) The buyer will be liable to pay duty and taxes when the product arrives in the country.

4) Payment options include Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Debit, Amex Discover, and Shop Pay.

5) For returns outside of the USA, Canada, and the UK, the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

6) Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with the original packaging, tags attached, undamaged, and in wearable condition. Please use registered and tracked mail in case of loss in transit; otherwise, we cannot be held responsible if your return goes missing.

7) The warranty period is 6 months.

8) Damaged frames will be repaired if there is a manufacturing defect.

9) There is no warranty on damage due to normal wear and tear, including lenses.

10) All returns must be approved before sending. Please email pictures or videos of the damage to info@diegofrancia.ca

11) After receiving and examining the returned item, a refund will be issued if condtions are met.
